System Requirements

In order to participate in the online program, you will need a PC or Macintosh that connects to the internet by a dial-up modem, cable modem or business network connection.

The web site was constructed to work best with Internet Explorer but it will work fine with Netscape. Your browser should have the ability to accept cookies (a small file sent by the server to identify you). To check your browser's status on Internet Explorer, go to Tools (on the top menu), click on Internet Options, click on the Privacy tab on the top of the dialog box and check on the settings for your browser.

If you connect to the internet using America Online (AOL) or Microsoft Network (MSN), you may have an occasional connection drop off. This should not pose a problem in most cases.

If you have a firewall, you may experience some connection issues. Our technical support will walk you through overcoming these issues.

You may use public computers, but find out if they have restrictions on the amount of time you can spend on the computer.
