The NISE Advantage program, administered by facility, is an online training program tailored to fit the facility’s needs. Each license is valid for 4 years, with 8 months to complete the program. It covers perioperative nursing topics and provides exposure to areas like Sterile Processing, Preop, and PACU, preparing learners to be knowledgeable staff members.

Accreditation

NIFA® partners with accredited nursing programs nationwide to train the most RN First Assistants. Our programs lead to CRNFA® and RNAS-C exams (visit www.nascertification.com). CCI accepts NIFA’s RNFA Program since 1998. With SutureStar™ Workshops (3 and 5 days), over 85% of RNFA graduates choose NIFA.
